The well (4,321 ft) produced 4 barrels a day with 25 to 56 of water. 33 barrels of OilTec mix (5:1 dilution) were pumped and the well was shut in for 24 hours. On reopening it reached 18 barrels a day for 2 weeks; by week 6 it stabilized at 12 barrels a day, a level it has kept for more than a year.

OilTec mix injected into zone RS-101/C9-A on 10/12/2024, with annular pressure steady at 150 psi. The first flowback day showed an 80% increase in oil production and a 5% decrease in BS&W. According to the portfolio, the treatment paid for itself within the first four days.

In numerous marginal wells producing one barrel a day or less, OilTec doubled production. In every case rates stayed elevated for more than six months and specific gravity rose, giving a lighter crude. Example: Well E (Oklahoma, 3,200 ft) went from 0.6 bbl of crude to an increase of 1.76 bbl.

As a solvent, OILTEC cleans equipment, purges pipes and cleans tanker vessels without harsh chemicals: it is non-caustic, non-corrosive and needs no recovery. It is also applied to well cleaning, perforation unblocking, corrosion removal and sludge dissolution.
